MUNCIE -- Mark McKinney maintains he has not "done anything wrong" in accepting payment for work on civil forfeiture cases after taking office as Delaware County prosecutor in January 2007.
Wrong-way trip ends with arrest
MUNCIE -- While accused killer Jerry Hugh Guffey has kept authorities in Henry and Madison counties busy over the years, he apparently has had only one brush with the law in Delaware County.
